Warm-Up: Individual Foot Drills & Single-Leg Stands
AmRap15 w/ Partner (trading rounds):
:20s Band Sprints + 360 Degree weighted Single Leg Stand
20 Heidens Jumps
360 Degree Weighted Stand + :20s Band Sprints
Option 1: Run 1-Mile (get a legit Mile time – Do this option if you’ve been inconsistent at RunClub)
Option 2: 5k Retest (Do this option if you’ve been hitting 90% of the RC Days!)
